Overture Finally Getting Smart?
Just got a call from some nice girl over at Overture. It appears they are researching potential market demand for an Overture version of Adsense. Oh, what is that you say? Are you asking me if I would be open to using another system other than Adsense to generate revenues? You say you have finally figured out that only giving people with millions of page views a month access to your “Adsense like” system is probably not the best strategy? Hmmm. At the end of the day, it was just a market research phone call seeing what the market demand was. I hope they get off the sidelines some time soon and strike while the iron is hot. MSN and Yahoo! have a chance to gang up on the big G right now…hello?
