Google on Crack…Again
There has been a big of talk over at DP and elsewhere, about what could be a Google update or algo change…or something. I have seen the effects first hand and they are not pretty. We are not talking about getting hammered on a few terms, rather getting hammered on just about every term a site has been ranking for, for some time, and being banished into oblivion. I have seen this happen to three sites that are all listed in DMOZ, all updated regularly and all posessing great, original content. I have been trying to figure out if there is a common thread, as have others, and I can’t see to put my finger on anything that would explain what I am seeing. So, I will just wait it out and see if this is a work in progress, a glitch or a major problem.
