Biz Directory Script
I thought the fad of building your own directory would have come and gone by now, but apparently I was wrong. Directory scripts can actually be usefull to most webmasters who are active with reciprocal links. Adding a directory script to the resource section of your site can help you to organize all of the sites you reciprocate links with. I like the Biz Directory Script because it is easy to use, configure and is only $50 to buy if you want to remove the link back to the mother ship. There was a backdoor built into this script at one point, according to some people I have spoken with. But, apparently after a lot of hassle, the author has removed it.
