Google “Cleaning House”
Well, the jury is still out and things are still being changed around the Google house, but it is still causing my people to have mixed feelings about the recent changes over at the big G. Some are elated that their sites have made big improvements in the SERPs, others are seeinig their sites be reduced to nothing…and in some cases they are completely gone from the index. It appears that the biggest modification to the G algo recently was a new filter that somehow reduces the number of pages, from a particular site, in the index based on the content (possibly due to being “duplicate” content in some manner) or based on the number of links displayed on every page of the site.
